Delete your account
You can delete your SvaNotes account and all associated data at any time, directly inside the app:
- Open SvaNotes and go to Settings (bottom right)
- Tap Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Account and notes are permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. If you have trouble, email support@learnwithvivek.com and we will delete your data manually.
Frequently asked questions
How do I create a note from a video?
Open any Reel, Short, or TikTok, tap the Share button, and select SvaNotes from the share sheet. A note will appear in your library within a few seconds.
Which platforms are supported?
SvaNotes currently supports Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. Support for more platforms is coming soon.
The note doesn't look right — what should I do?
AI notes are generated from the video's transcript. If the video has no captions or a very short transcript, the note quality may be lower. You can edit any note directly in the app. Please report consistently bad results to our support team.
Can I edit my notes?
Yes — tap any note in your library to open it, then tap the edit icon to make changes. You can edit the title, body, and tags.
How do I delete a note?
Swipe left on any note in your library and tap Delete, or open the note and use the options menu (⋯) in the top right corner.
Is SvaNotes free?
SvaNotes has a free tier that lets you create a set number of notes per month. A paid subscription unlocks unlimited notes and additional features.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → SvaNotes → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → SvaNotes → Cancel.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to the app Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated notes within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your notes are private to your account. We never sell your data or use your notes to train AI models. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
